How large is the largest ms, and what is considered "good nuff"
I believe the largest MS is 70ish T atm. Not sure the ratio or what comes from fleets.
The Bismarck uses its Energy Volley to inflict 31,040,378,200,000 damage thats its strike. Probably 35-36ish on defense and rest from fleets, but just a guess.
Realistically, a decent MS would be 20-25T, but you could get away with about 15ishT unless you want to cut costs while massing or mass bigger MS's faster.
