Account ~Odin~

Hello Support,
I had quit the game earlier in the year however was given an account in exchange with the sale of my old account, Many months ago I wanted to log into the forum only to find out that my forum account had been banned due to (If I can remember correctly) that the previous few owners of the account I was given had caused some issues of some sort. I spoke with you via skype (rarely log in anymore) and you said that you had unbanned the accounts. I got bored today and decided to pop on the forums and was going to jump ingame to see if anything has changed (then prob vac the account again if nothing sparked my interest) however my ingame seems to still be banned.
Could this please get a look over? I can't remember the ID however the account name is ~Odin~ and the email address should be the same one that is linked to this forum account.
