[ARENA] non depleting Energy in Tourneys *IMPLEMENTED*

seems enabled demis in a tourney gives them experience at no cost (energy) joining a tourney has become an easy way to level(tier) up a demi without having to take part in wreckage at the cost of turns
maybe disarm demis in arenas?

Repairs to the demis in general would be a good idea including this.

Demigods no longer receive experience for actions taken while in an Arena.
Demigods no longer provide bonuses while in an Arena.
