Today marks 4 weeks or 28 days since i got stuck in arena due to a bug.

Ive written emails, no reply.

Tried writing a msg in the ingame mail (and it doesnt work, go figure)

Tried msging Support on discord, no reply.

There are 2 forum topics, created by Nyx and me, no reply by Support.

I even msged Clockwork and surprisingly, his reply was withing a day. Big shoutout to you, Clockwork!

What the hell do I do? Who do we ask for help when we need it? Who do we report bugs to? What is going on with Support and why isnt she msging.

I guess ill have to contact Jason and ask him to come back? Or file a missing person report to the authorities since nobody has seen Support in a while.

I also left messages on Facebook, I did pm Support on here before Arena started.

Its a bloody shambles, but not first time Support has gone awol for weeks even months.

maybe supports in one of their comas again, tends to happen every so often if not here in other online games over the years.

I got autobanned on the same tournament. Contacted support in Discord/ forum etc.

Dead as s dodo no response whatsoever. Zzzz

has anyone tried twitter its about the only communication channel left.

Nothing quite so dramatic, for sure. Next time on extended absence I'll post a note, figured it was fine this time since things seemed stable.
