[ARENA] Arena over due? *FIXED*

There has been no Arenas/Tournaments for a couple of months, (ever since the one that Lajh and Frank got stuck because of) normally there is one every couple of weeks :/

Please look into why the arena didn’t register as over so the next arena can start. It has been over for too long.
