500 quad = what account i can get

I'd like to buy an account with 500,000,000,000,000 naquadah, thats my max bank capacity.
What do i get for that? what lvls etc...
Im in no hurry because i need to accumulate that naquadah, which will take a time, but i have 100k turns lol, are those a lot of turns or not?
