him. If he is a cheater, he's creative enough to have differrent names, but all of his officers are BRAND NEW, all 7 or so of them, and about 4 or 5 aren't even ranked. I don't know for sure, sorry if he isn't

Just becasue a few of them are unranked dosent mean they are multis, could just be several of his freinds started, or soemone hates him and created new chars to make it look like hes multing.
