Should you trade all your less effective weapons in for more effective weapons or is it better for each soldier to be armed with a weapon and then spend the rest of your naquadah on the more powerful weapons.

not all your troops have to be armed, some people perfer to use only the larger weapons with the leftovers as sabotage fodder, but i'd like to picture this:

9K troops, each one armed. it' gets expensive...
