i need to know how to sack officers plz tell me how if i can

in the commandcenter you click on the link Officers...

there you'll see your officers and buttons... (ie. Make ... (and a rank) and DISMISS THEM)

Push the dismiss them button

Further, if in the future you want to prevent officers from joining, you can use the 'accept new officers' checkbox. Just deselect and hit update.
Remember to turn it back on if you start recruiting.
