I'm a little unclear on how your men and weapons (number and strength) fit into the different types of "action" (Strike, Defense, Covert, etc.). For instance, it your action # all the ultimately matters?

However, I'm really curious as to what kind of action (or how many men and weps) people of different rank have. Specifically the defense and covert stats. So, if you're willing, post your rank (or approximate it) along with your defense action (or number of men/weps) and covert action. If you're worried about giving away intelligence, just post anonymously and fudge your rank a few points. Thanks!

Well, remember that total rank is a sort of average of your stats.
So there are ppl in the 6K's with rank 42 covert, but no strike and no def.

Currently you need about 6bill in M/S to get it to the low 80s
About 2bill def for 1.3K and about 35bill covert for the mid 400 (450ish)s

As for your question, power not rank determines battles and such.
So yes, unless I misread your post, it's the action part that counts.

I just never really understood...
For instance, when I'm training SS defenders... should I buy one weapon for each of them? Or does it not really matter?

The reason I'm asking specifically about defense and covert action is that I'm not really interested in ascension... but was wondering what kind of stats I'd have to have in these 2 areas to keep from being spied upon/farmed by all but the most powerful.

holy crap, dude, 30mil covert? I have 3 mil covert, and thats with 20k spies and lvl 20... I think he meant 3bil covert lvl...

my covert action is 54 bill, and its barely ranked 350
There are players higher up that have spy level 26, and i believe juan and daff hold spy level 27

those numbers are really arbitrary. I mean. At the really high covert action it doesn't matter too much how many spies you got. It's the covert level that is the king. I mean I'll have 500k and have 1 covert level over Juan, then he'd either have to have 1 mil spies or get that additional covert level.

And at that level, it'd probably be cheaper to train 1 mill more spies

I'm looking at every one's join date's here and I'm thinking, damn... how do u guys have such high stats? Are you all ascended?

Personally I've only ascended once, but I'm sacrificing my spy level 22 to ascend again decided to continue ascending, rather than be stuck at 5% my whole career -.-

Hardly. Don't forget about the multipliers. Someone could have a hign covert because of their race(Reps), or a strong defense because of being Asguard, etc. If you lack on one area you make up for it in another, or mostly make up for it, as there are still debates. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
