To expand on Bahamut's post I want to include this from the login page, if you might have missed it:
"Please note: If you have supporter status (ability to transfer goods between players) you will LOSE the ability to transfer between accounts who have shared the same IP/computer. This means that if player A logs into player Bs account, player A can no longer transfer to player B and visa versa. If player A and player B log into the same computer, they cannot transfer to each other either (again not without an exception granted by emailing mailto:support@stargatewars.com with your ID/playernames, and legitimate reason why you would be sharing the same internet location)."
Email is there for you to send to SGW support.

had this prob with one of my officers. I stayed in his house for a few days and we used the same comp, got him to play again and I emailed support and got the approval!

go ahead and email, if You dont do anything illegal, Youre all good!

if he logged in ONLY ONCE on your comp, then it logs that ip address to his account, and will stay there, same if you ever logged in on his comp. thus if that ever happened it wouldnt let you.

Sorry it is illegal. Look here:
http://www.stargatewars.com/help.php#rules
"Illegal:
Sharing passwords with other people and logging into accounts that are not yours"
What's unfortunate is that it appears you really didn't think it was cheating, and your friends will be in the same boat as you when Gamemod brings down the wrath. You gotta pay more attention to the rules before you check that box. I suggest sending an email to gamedmod about this explaining the situation(if one exists), s/he
might go easy on you and your friends.
