Well, after just browsing through the ranks, and stealing 2 lots of 800k (fun huh?) I thought of something

Seeing as there are many people that chose not to attack certain races for a reason (i.e Alliances, friends, same race), would it not be a good idea to supply an 'attack filter'.
Whereas a person could chose which races to include in their search for Naq, and which to leave out.
It would make loooking for available naq a little less tiresome, and, you wouldn't risk attacking players who you don't wish to (for some reason?).
Obviously you couldn't refine the volumes of Naq that players are hiding:
'Search for Goa'uld, 900+ Naq, 2000 or less soldiers'.
Obviously that would be a little dumb.

But still, my main idea makes sense, and maybe there could be afew more things for refining search.

then all the repi and goa'uld will only filter tauri as they have rubbish defense and the asgard would be save.
they can't have filter for naq and men or that would destroy one of the reasons for covert points..... u've seen the ???? i presume.

I did say that having a Naq filter would be a dumb idea.

But, the amount of NAq in the open isn't really related to race, I'm and equal opportunites person, so I attack any race, with the highest Naq.

The point is if you don't want to include the Goa'uld for some reason, it would produce a much shorter, easier to browse through list.
Same with any race.

so basicly your saying that your tierd of looking for the tarui to attack and you want to filter them out so you can winn all the time. cuz right now thats what it sounds like and its a rally bad idea

Because that's what it sounds like.

I never attack based on race, I always attack based on potential Naq to be won.
Which is usually the person with the highest Naq at hand.
Go check the rankings, I think you'll find there is an equal amount of Goa'uld Tauri, Asgard (maybe not so much Replis) out there, with equally high volumes of Naq.

This isn't about me, it was an idea which would make it easier to refine your search, if you made it your decision not to attack people of the same race.

Actually you are wrong...at least in quantum. Almost all my attacks have been on asgard, the others where almost certainly opportunist attacks. I never really understood why Tauri allied themselves with asgard...they are our natural farms and visa versa. When I joined a large allaince with powerful asgard I think my attack income halved. Maybe worse.

Anyway I still would never use these filters as I might miss the opportunist attacks...

i think naq filter is a kikass idea so i dont gotta search through the list BUT u dont get to see the ones with the ???? in the list
also i think a unit filter with the naq filter so u can search for a person with like say 1000-2000 units and 900,000-5,000,000 and i think u should leave 0 as a infinite number like 900,000-0

yeah how about a way to do the search and then attack and repair your weapons and do it again if there is some left worth hitting.

this is not a good idea i basically assures that the low people will never get big spy levels cause everytime the take out thier naq they will get attacked by everyone on the game. if u wanna attack people then take the time and look for the big hits. also if u wanna just attack one race or something pay attention to what u do.

retarded because ull find em anyway just wastin time when u can filter and just add a one minute ppt on the guy after they take a certain amount of money from there bank....................

you should have to look around to find the big ones so that when someone takes their naq out for a spy level or something they have a chance to get it thats all im saying. and adding ppt time is not a good thing either cause then they will always get it since they will be on a 2 min ppt. it shouldn't take that long to click on withdraw load click training load click spy level. u just should have to get lucky to get it and to be able to still that much naq.
