many times like in the 1st 100 pages of the attack list i see players with XXXX as there naq/armysize wats this mean is it to many troops andnaq to show or to many i cant see because of my covert skill level?

You cant see them because their covert skill is much higher than yours.
Upgrade your spy level and buy more spies to solve this problem for many people, though there are some that few will every be able to see their stats.
