I know that right now, rankings are based on overall power...
Your stats are ranked (strike, def, covert, ms, anticovert) but there is no actual rankings table to see who you'd have to beat... or what thier current stats are (granted that your covert allows you to see thier stats)

any possibility of one?

i'd really like to know what the number 1 strike, def, covert, anti covert, ms attack and ms def is.
but that would probably uncover the strength of juan and those people who are in the ranks 1-5.
I'd like to know that but i doubt anyone would implement that.

They aren't. I happen to know a player with 80+ billion strike action and 12+ billion defense who is ranked around 4k for raiding purposes. I will tell you now that rank 4k players don't 92 billion overall power.

I remember logging on at school, having my friend logging on beside me. He was ranked above me, but had less power (we calculated it)

I don't know if forum recently changed it without telling anybody, but many people are ignoring the solid evidence that proves what they think is wrong. Once wolf told me that the above example was because the rankings hadn't reset... Now I may be a pretty big noob, but I am not so stupid I didn't reallize that. Especially since I am taking math two years ahead of my grade.

Anyway, you people are all wrong about this and it bothers me.

ok so i misstated what regular ranking is... but that's avoiding my point of showing the rankings of the different categories...

i will just avoid this discussion. the last 2 posts didn't bring anything new to this suggestion.

IMHO rank doesn't say anything about your power.
you can be at rank 10k but still being capable of taking out most of the people ranked 500-1000 within a day or even hours if you got a sufficiently high economic wealth (alot of miners plus a filled up bank).

what my point is though is like if you are ranked numb 5 in ms, and have the covert to see their stats... shouldn't you be able to see who is ranked above you? numbs 1,2,3,4 in ms power? or attack or defense or covert etc

ranking are'nt based on overall power (atleast not the player rankings) its based on the ranks of your actions strike,defence,coverta and mothership

you could have the best strike in the game but you would'nt rank much higher then the 4k's if you did'nt improve your other stats

no offence, but i'm sure all in here knew that already.

and fenrir, what do you want to know? the name of the player who is 1 rank higher than you in any stat or that if you spy on him you see what rankings his stats are?

I already responded and apologized for taht but that error in my words has nothing to do with my suggestion....


and the purpose of this suggestion is to have a rankings table ( like there is for rank, but this table would allow you to sort by MS, Covert, Strike, Defense, and AntiCovert) However, like regular rankings, only some information is displayed depending on how high your covert is compared to thiers (ie with regular rankings you sometimes cannot see army size or naq... with this it would be you can't see the exact number of thier power (in those categories))

Showing who has it is a bad idea and putting ur defence up and then seeing it is finaly rank 1 would be amazing but if u knew it was gonna happen it would just be boring so bad idea
