Banned and dont know why

I have been banned from the account that I was operating. I am not and have not had a multi. There was a few people playing from this ip address but admin had been told about them. There is still 2 other palyers that live in this house and myself when I could play..I would realy like to kow why this happened..
I have sent a email to support to ask what has happened but I have no reply.. Is there another address I should ask.

not unless you mail admin and tell them to unblock the adress

you should have got an e-mail sent to you by game mod or forum
the e-mail address you use for the game check the spam aswell

Ok thanks I will have to get in touch with the origianl owner as I didnt change the eamil address..Thanks for your help I did send it from the email that I use..
