This guy probably isn't a cheat as much as someone who may be experiencing a bug. He has negative naq and negative miners.

his naq is -179,817 Naquadah currently

I took the time to do a recon.

Negative unit / naq count happened a bit everywhere, otehr topics talk about it, no cheat there, just minor bugs.
