I have had a sequence of events that make me concerned here we go.
Yesterday i got a message from player: Madman:

http://www.stargatewars.com/stats.php?id=50372 is sending messages to people asking them to log into this site:http://stargate.vhost.lt it was made to steal people\'s password you may want to remove him from your alliance

i imediatly checked out the site, and determined that i didnt like the looks of it so i changed my pass imediatly their after.
I removed him from my alliance and i sent a alliance wide PM to not visit the site that he gives you.
THIS MORNING:
player logun, sends me this:

my name is shaun i was ranked 700 and in your allience my ingame name is angle BUT my account has ben hijacked some one stole it just after i got ppt they have changed the emial address and password they have also changed commanders from the deity rank 5 to el magnifico RANK 15 I NEED EVERYONES HELP TO TRY AND GET MY ACCOUNT BACK ASAP plz is there anyway you could help me this is my brothers account im using his at the mo to try and get my account back

This is a sgw wide problem not just limited to any one alliance!

I believe that Forum would not help this specific person anyway, as he admitted to using his brother's account, which is prohibited

i think ur on a wich hunt. honestly its not such a big infringement in this situation unless you want to folow everything to the letter. honestly how big is this, is it even worthy of mention?

he said he was on his brother's account. that falls under multying. however, there are mitigating circumstances, such as that fact that his account was inaccessable, and if he created a new account for the express purposess of contacting you, he would have also been multying.

well.. if his account was inaccessible at the time he would have had no choice but to use another to contact someone about the problem, I think it would still count as only having one account.

Seems sorta odd that in a message to you...he says "I NEED EVERYONES HELP"...

So, first up you all wanted to mass him after the hijacker started sending messages.

Now you want him to be drawn and quartered for getting his brother (his brothers account) to send a message to his alliance? And someone how you think this is multiying and worth a ban?

I honestly can't belive the level of stupiditiy some people here have.
