Or some Idiot thought it would be funny to mock the real ETL by making his name first. Obviously he didn't realize that his game name is EntertheLion and not ETL.

uh, this is not proof. this is someone naming themselves etl as a joke. for one, if etl did multy, he wouldn;t be nearly as obvious, for two, if etl had a multi, it wouldn't be nearly as crappy as that. as I always say, type in oniell in search in main, gosh, look at the cheaters.
