I discovered the hard way that there is a two week waiting period before an account can use the market. makes sense for combating multis and all.

My question is - does the wait period end at the same time of day 14 24-hour periods after you opened the account, or do I need to wait until the day following that anniversary?

I think it is as soon as it turns the 15th day (the 14th day counts as in the 2 weeks).

That is usually how these things work. I.e. 1001 You-know-whats etc.

But...this SS-trading period is skewed, I don't think we ever established a perfect baseline. Some accounts are trading within the first five turns, others seem to be stuck with merc transfers for a month or more.

Anyway... wait the extra day. It probbably wont hurt to much.
