Simultaneous Unit Training

It is somewhat annoying to have to train like X number of regular defenders, then go and train that same number of super defenders. Isn't there someway we could train both simultaneously? It would streamline gameplay as well as helping to protect resources.

nope,

1 to much work for forum (mainly cause its not needed)
2 the whole point was that regulars train into supers
3 if your not lazy or stupid you wont have a problem, what i mean is that if you can ony hold out 100mil naq at a time then only train 1000 of your supers at a time, dont try to take out all the naq so you can train a bunch a little faster

Although, the only good thing I can think of this possibility is for those that have a bad internet connection.

I hear their are users that still have dial-up. So it could benefit those users.

how about, it trains them down the list, in that order, rather then all at once, then it would train te normals before the supers.

that would work.

Ok then what about after you click train, it switch to a screen that is timed to simulate the training of UU into regs, into supers. And Thunder, YOU'RE DEAD WRONG! Only retards, make retarded comments like that.

1. Easy to do... three minutes tops.
2. What if you enter in the regulars box 3k and the supers box 3k and hit enter?
3. I consider that a flame... >_> It would work, yeah... but it is less than desiable.

I consider that a flame too!

...

Anyway, it easy. Admin made the function to train guys go like this

Code: Select all

if (cost * supers <= money && super >= regulars) {
train supers } else {
go to error page }
if (cost * regulars <= money && regulars >= uu) {
train regulars } else {
redirect to error page }

In this formula, even if you type in the same amount of regulars as supers and train them, it will kick you out for not having enough trained regulars... All we have to do is this:

Code: Select all

if (cost * regulars <= money && regulars >= uu) {
train regulars } else {
redirect to error page }
if (cost * supers <= money && super >= regulars) {
train supers } else {
go to error page }

and our problem is solved...

PLEASE don't assume what would be hard or easy simply on whether it would help you to be one way or another... It happens all the time.

"And we could make a line graph, and-"
"wouldn't that be hard to code?"
"It couldn't be so bad."
...
"And it would train regulars BEFORE supers so we could do it all at once-"
"that would be soooo hard to code..."

If this offends you, sorry, and don't feel bad. Everybody does it.

the problem with that is if it was implemented into the game, the players who want to be able to untrain their fighting forces would not be able to anymore. I know ppl who do not have any supers, simply because they want to have the flexibility that comes with untraining. just my opinion.

You wouldn't HAVE to train regulars directly to supers, just have that option available to people like me who are more concerned with rank than flexibility.

Alkesh Support - please do not call anybody a retard on these forums - if you persist your posts will mysteriously begin to disappear!

thunder - although your comment was not directed specifically at anyone, please refrain from casting aspersions about people being 'stupid'.

You know it makes sense!

Least on the forum, all it can do is flame back.
