does the ppt end on the hour or 1/3 hour like every 30 min or does it end in exactly 24 hrsof purchase

2880 minutes, then it goes to -1 until the next turn change.
.... I think. I know the -1 part is right, but I'm not a PPT warrior like some.

It will go into negative numbers untill the turn change.
I think I had -200 something minutes once when the turns got stuck

lol.. it lasts 2880 minutes, + the extra turn time.
