There is a simmilar question to this nearby.
Short answer, you cannot completly destroy an account.

You can mass/sab defenses, mass and kill spies, sab attack weapons, and mass motherships, Raid UU etc.
But you can't completly 'kill' them.

Now, if you want to know 'how' to do those things... :D

slightly longer version:

You attack or raid them over and over and over, eventually you will destroy all of their defense weapons and cripple their mothership if they have one. If your anti-covert is high enough, you'll also kill off their spies. Then you can sab their attack weapons away, but that will usually take a while.

It takes a lot of resources to pull off, and you'll lose quite a few attack troops in the process. Be prepared to spend a ton of naq reparing your own weapons / mothership while doing it.

Being a Replicator I tend to prefer the second method of account destruction:
Straight up Sabbing, no prep massing involved.
While it will sometimes cost you alot of spies, depending on the power of your opponent, you can do some immense damage to their attack and defensive weapons.
While you can't kill UU, the lose of billions of naq in the form of sabbed weapons can be quite impressive and usually gets your point across. Even better, if there is a large enough differance in your covert power, they will never know who did it unless you tell them :)
Which (Imho) is the one of the biggest reasons to choose that form of sabbing over massing or a hybrid.

I prefer a "disposable offense" myself. While I *could* do a fair amount of damage by sabs, I never have the covert turns to spend anyway. I'm too addicted to "taking a peek" at stats. :-$
