New Realm Features and Account Customization.

This suggestion concerns the following current features in the Main server:
- Relations (Peace/Neutral/War)
- Stat Modification (Bonuses)
- Realm Security
I look at it like this, whats the point of having Peace with someone but never be able to become allies, unless through your own intervention and actions?
I’ve seen a lot of suggestions that concern improving upon the (Relations) system.
That’s kind of what this is for, but also to improve customization and affectiveness of your account.
What if you had.. Lets call them Realm Commanders.. These could be very expensive and very highly trained AI add-on’s. What makes this suggestion truly stand out is you can customize this unit’s training and affectiveness in your realm.
Here is how it could work like:
(Buy Realm Commander 650,000,000) +5% Realm Affectiveness
As your Realm Commander this unit will take charge of training your units and managing your forces. He may be trained in (3) areas of specialty including: Ally Assistance, Inovation and Moral.
You have (6) Training Slots left.
(Diplomatic Training 1 - 250,000,000) +5% Ally Assistance
(Diplomatic Training 2 - 500,000,000) +5% Ally Assistance
(Diplomatic Training 3 - 750,000,000) +5% Ally Assistance
This allows your Realm Commander to assist your (Allies), should they request it.
Your Ally Assistant percentage determines how many of your forces you can send to assist your allies.
Current Ally Assistance: 0%
Diplomatic Training Level: 0
(This training unlocks the Allies Menu.)
(Scientific Training 1 - 250,000,000) +5% Inovation
(Scientific Training 2 - 500,000,000) +5% Inovation
(Scientific Training 3 - 750,000,000) +5% Inovation
This allows your Realm Commander to determine key technologies which may be of some use to your scientists.

(Strategic Training 1 - 250,000,000) +5% Moral
(Strategic Training 2 - 500,000,000) +5% Moral
(Strategic Training 3 - 750,000,000) +5% Moral
This allows your Realm Commander to contribute affective battle strategies to your most trusted battle commanders.

Now let me elaborate on the specifics of each training method and how they work with the Training Slot system.
The Training Slot system determines what (6) methods you would like your Realm Commander to be most proficient in. There are nine levels of training all together however it is you who must decide what your Realm Commander will use to strengthen your realm.
Once you train even (1) level in any of the following methods, it unlocks the feature on your account. But be warned – ultimately you will only be able to train your Realm Commander in just (6) levels of training. Once a slot is used, it can not be takin back.
(This will help people to be sure that they know what they want. Before just buying a Realm Commander because they can.)
Once all (6) Training Slots are used, your Realm Commander is no longer a Realm Commander. He is now a faithful Prodigy which gives him a 1% (Bonus) to all his training levels SO FAR. This does not mean in all methods of training – including methods he is unfamiliar with. Just the ones your Realm Commander is familiar in.
Lastly there is the feature menus.
Allies Menu:
1.) Empty
2.) Empty

All together you can have upto (5) Allies. These are people who have declared you as an ally and you too have declared them as an ally. Which allows you to support them in defending their realm with upto 15% of your forces. An once you’ve helped one ally, you can not help that ally again for another 8 turns. That means 4 hours - this is to give people a chance to repair their forces and get ready to go again. Please note – to prevent exploitation people will not be able to change this list until 8 hours after their last Ally Assistance. Also a person already on your list, cannot be added again.
Inovation Menu:
1.) Shield Enhancements.
2.) Weapon Enhancements.
3.) Unit Production Enhancements.
4.) Income Enhancements.
5.) Covert Enhancements.
All together you have the option of upto (5) Inovations to choose from. These allow you to have as much of an enhancement on the affected stat, as your Realm Commander is efficient in Scientific Training. This means if your Realm Commander has Level 3 Scientific Training the chosen stat gets a boost of 15% for 8 hours. Unlike the Allies Menu, you are able to re-use the same Inovation on the same stat right after the 8 hours is up. As these Enhancements become obsolete they fade away and no longer affect your current technology or stats. Only one Enhancement may be in use at any given time.
Moral Menu:
1.) Basic Unit Moral Boost
2.) Super Soldier Moral Boost
3.) Mercinary Moral Boost
4.) Assassin Moral Boost
5.) Spy Moral Boost
All together you have the option of upto (5) different kinds of Morals that your Realm Commander is capable of passing on to other units. Unlike Inovations, Morals are unit specific and because they are unit specific (depending on your Realm Commanders training) this can give upto a 15% boost to each specific unit. This affect ends after 16 hours, and can not be used again on those units for another 4 hours.
As you can see, other then the Ally Assistance system – this feature could be implemented almost totally seamlessly into the core system on the main server. The main advantage of these systems is they are all on a timer and can not be bipassed. This is to prevent cheating and keep people from exploiting this entire feature. An don’t think I’ve forgotten about the Ascended folks either…
They would have an equivalent reward system called: Dynasty/Imperialism/Grace

Dynasty allows your realm to expand at a much greater rate than you ever thought possible. Dynasty give your realm a luster unlike any other, allowing people within your domain to stare in aw at the might of your realm and all it has to offer. This increases your pull on the people in your galaxy, as they will want to be apart of your realm.

(Imperialism Level 1 - 250,000,000) +5% Attack & Defense
(Imperialism Level 2 - 500,000,000) +7% Attack & Defense
(Imperialism Level 3 - 750,000,000) +8% Attack & Defense
Imperialism allows you to throw people into battle dispite your losses. Your realm quivers at your might and will do anything to not fail you. They easily find devotion much more rewarding then death and will follow you to whatever end. This increases your Attack & Defense affectiveness in battle.

(Grace Level 1 – 250,000,000) +5% Covert Action
(Grace Level 2 – 500,000,000) +7% Covert Action
(Grace Level 3 – 750,000,000) +8% Covert Action
Grace gives you the ability to seem almost all-knowing. You know all of your enemies secrets, this also gives you an almost awinspiring impression on your followers. You have the ability to foresee betrayal before it even occurs. You have ears and eyes everywhere, your people look to you and those close to you as untouchable.
Current Grace Level: 0
All of these, including the ascended features all stack. An of course the most appealing thing about this all is that it gives people an ability to customize their accounts the way THEY want. Nothing about this system is preset, based on your race or path of ascension, except the bonuses themselves and how they may be used. But which ones you decide to learn an how proficient you want to be in them is always up to the user.
I've only been working on this idea for roughly 10 hours and I know it's not flawless. But should you feel the need to express whether you like this idea or not, please do so constructively, by mentioning whatever you don't like and actually adding some useful comments and/or suggestions to improve upon this idea.
