Question about Buying accounts

what does it mean that someone buys an acc. like if i buy an account in chaos, what does it mean exactly?

It means you either use real money or ingame recources (mostley main) to buy someones account IE the person gives you the password email and username you log in and change all of it to what ever you want and then you own the account
