Because my commander changed his account and forgot me. + I wasn`t getting no benefits in % from that selfish bastard

You have two options that I see, (Unless you want to ascend etc.)
One, make yourself your own commander... and
Two, make someone else a commander.

I honestly can't remember atm how to go directly to no commander, but both of those methods will get rid of your curret one, and if you use the second on someone who doesn't want officers..... you will soon be getting the %10 bonus'

Change race

make yourself your own CO, and then dismiss yourself...

or just ask your commander to dismiss you

easier to do it my way

hehe OK, i made myself my own commander

so obviously it is possible.

I read this in User guide:

Bonuses:

--10% more for having NO COMMANDER.

--10-30% of commanders income, based on their officer income rate, divided by the number of officers they have.

Deductions:
-10/20/40/70% based on low/med/high/critical Def Con Rate
-10-30% from officer income rate

I`m lazy to do the calc, so tell me what is better; to be without a CO, or to have yourself as a CO ? ?

Being your own commander gives you more unit production, but having no commander gives you higher income and a UP bonus any way, 90% of the people are better off having themselves as their commander though.

It just depends on your UP and income.
Once you get a UP of over 5K, your probably better off being your own com.
Likewise, if you have an income over 20ishmill, you'd probably be better off with no commander.

There are exeptions; i.e. If you have a great/powerfull commander who provides good gifts and a massive income bonus.

i enjoy being my own commander/no commander...dee gives a pretty good income tho ^_^
