After ascension costs

does the costs of weapons and troops go up after your second ascension?
i know the cost went up when you first ascend, 167800->599000, that i expect seen as how the defence tripled, but im wondering will weaposn troop, etc cost more. if you can someone please tell me so i can readjust my calculations for cost of getting back to g&r ranks
