a use for untrained mercs?

what about if they were used as a diversion tactic for attacks, so basically you could have two types of attack regular and diversion attack, so basically you send maybe 200 untrained mercs to be a diversion so your troops can get in and get out with more naq and less casualties, however if you do use this attack the death rate of mercs will be high say 30% or somthing so if you send 100 you lose 30. since mercs are expendable i dont really see too many people complaining about the losses.
any ideas comments etc please post them.

replace untrained mercs for another type of merc, say covert or something.
untrained mercs are absolutely useless, unless you want to pass them onto your officers so they can sell them!

I was thinking that the easiest way to deal with these is just rename them something like: Naq storage boxes. Make the merc page a "trade" page.

how about changeing them to hired super soldier type unit such as
Unas for gould
tokra for tauri
tauri for asgard
they can be used in defence and attack
make them 4 times as exspensive
and twice as strong as normal mercinaries
what do u think?
