how do u become something like a Prior of Tolah or sumin?

<selfEdit> One further note for anyone who reads this, I am going to be a little heavy-handed regarding ascension topics. When topics about Ascension get going, things tend to slip out. I would much rather such slippages to happen in a single thread (the stickie) rather than across seven different topics.
Besides, checking the stikies is a good, character building experience.
