I've been able to ascend for a couple of days, although I dont plan to. I've been having a look through the ascension page, and looking at the minimum requirements. It has a minimum for UU and Naq, but I looked down the bottom and it said it I had the minimum required APP and Glory to ascend (In fact, I thrashed the minimum without the UU or naq). Im curious as to whether it is possible to ascend without meeting those minimums, as it says I have enough to move past this point.

No, I believe you must meet all the requirements to achieve ascension; including APP and G&R. Otherwise, of what use would be the minimum requirements if they could be just ignored?

You need to meet all minimums. It tells you so.
Remember, the button only 'starts' you on the path to ascension.

why does every one send Subliminal messages tryin to say assendin is a big thing after u click the assend button when it isnt?

even though i hav not assend i live next to some one that has and it is no big. u get heaps of stuff on ur main account but that is it the assended server sucks to be frank.

We've had this discusion before.
Ascension is something that provides a bit of mystery, something to shoot for. While ymmv, many players 'do' claim to find it extremly intertaining.
Since the title suggests the question has been answered, and since we are drifting towards ascension... ~locked~...
