Cheater admits via PM he multies

Well, i have had some convo's in game with a guy who wanted me to become his officer, then accidently blocked my PM's for ages, now he's finally found the "unblock" button and seems to have stumbled a bit and also clicked the "i'm a moron" button at the same time...
Short story:
He asked me to become his officer, i said no, i have ETL after me and my UP sucks anyway. Then he blocked me for about 4-5 weeks, now he's back asking to become MY officer as my income has gone up massively, but he still didn't seem to understand the part about ETL being out to get me. So his latest kind offer to me is to offer me to use one of his "other accounts" as a way to swap accounts and avoid EnterTheLion that way. Well, obviously i have no desire in joining a cheater in ANY way, i also have no desire to join someone who doesn't realise just how powerful ETL/Omega actually are and i definately have no desire to throw away my account with nearly 6 months effort gone into it.
As i said to the guy in my last PM, i would rather be under a death threat from EnterTheLion than cheat to avoid my fate. I quote the PM's below for your viewing and ask Admin/gameMod to check this guy out and ban his ass for multying. I told him i was reporting it and advised him to delete ALL his multies, lol. last message to me indicates he has deleted the account he mentioned, but it should be checked imo, and no, he never gave me the 2nd account ID...

After this PM i specifically asked him if he was saying he had a 2nd account he would give to me to use, his response is below:
I told him i was going to report him for cheating at this point and advised him to delete his multi account/s, his response:
His final message was trying to justify why he made it, if it's gone and is his only multi no big deal, but that is not my decision to make, i am just providing the evidence...his last PM is below:

And one more thing i am not cheating i just made a new accaunt prom the school computer and every friday i look on it what i have, thats all man i dont have him as my offiser or something so dont tell me that i am a cheater and one more thing what if ETL would find you what would happen man that war with you and ETL i think its all over.. its like now going for like a lot of days or months dont know. see ya

I think he used to be my officer, and was a begger so i kicked him. Smash him delete him destroy him.
