Super solders

Not sure if this has been brought up before: is there a certain minimum percentage of trained units u have to have before being able to train super solders????
Cause i can train defense ones fine but when i try to train super soliders for attack im told that i do not have enough trained units/naq when i clearly do!!!!!

you can only train a super soilder raider if u have an an jaffa raider
if u have this and it still doesn´t work then report it on bugs
