I think this is a herald of things to come - notice that one of the stats is called "Current Fleet Strength". That implies that they can be improved. The improvment will most likely come in the form of a new "fleet enhancement" technology, or perhaps levels like in covert. Any thoughts on other interpretations?

That could just be refering to the act that they could be damaged.

exactly. after all your total fleet power remains the same even if your fleet is damaged. the current fleet power is the total - the damage.

yes it means that they are damaged. Go atk someone one and u will find out that is indeed what it means. Or if you dont have a MS. just trust me on it cause it just shows that their damaged

The easy answer - look on the Armoury page and you can see there is an option to repair them - therefore it seems they can be damaged.

It appears they will be severly dammaged when ever you try stealing a planet that is defended.

Yer rite, the only cost it takes to steal a planet is 15turns.

That is a good reason, but why would they put the damage number on the mothership page when its also on the armory - I think most people just check the armory. And by the way, I've conquered 2 planets now from other people and taken absolutly no damage - and they were defended too.

Yes, it was stated severe dammage, upon testing the fleets do not get dammaged all that much. Just be careful who you steal from.
