When you get the planets, then can appear with designations such as P3X-680, (notice the hyphen), but when changing the name yourself, you can't have hyphens, since they're 'not normal keyboard characters".

It's not so much of a bug but just something better off not being there, I wanted to chanage some of the planets I took back to random designations just to get rid of the names some people put on them, but couldn't make it look how they look when you get them...

I demand hyphens....

crnt u copy and paste the hyphen into it? or just delete all the wriiting round it and use just the one hyphen (write around it so its in the right place )

I want to rename my plant too!
It arrived with a silly name but I cant change it to 'P5X-whatever' cos '-' is not a recognised character.

I saw this topic and I was like 'WTH' we have plants ingame now? What next?

But yeah, i wanna have : ' in names aswell, like Ne'tu or something.

nods....thats right....super powerful plants armed to the teeth with artilery

it wuld b nice to b able to use ne character on ure keyboard...not as tho theres bandwidth issues using a few more bits/bytes freein up the rest of the keys on the keyboard
