unit production?

when I got a planet, it said this
+ 428 Unit Production
will that give me now 428 more every 24 hours? becaue the my unit number stayed that same, but the numb er in ()'s increased..what does this mean?

Because, now that you've so kindly told the world you have one of the hard to find UP planets, it isn't going to last long.
I'm on PPT.... but there are others...

yes i wish i did not come on here and tell every one about my new mad planet it is to late 4 me to every get a planet and keep it
