Well for my own part I'd say anything above lvl 25, but most would probably say 30, but it depends on how many times you have ascended

it also depends on when you ascended. if i would do my ascensions now and not when i did them i would also be around 60 or so. btu since i am not crazy enough ot ascend again i would say 25-30 is right
