Mothership Damaged while searching

Well, this might be part of an earlier post.
When I was attacked today, My mothership was still gone from when I accidently sent it off (another fix).
There was no mention of it in the attack log.
Looking at it though it appears to have lost about 50 shields and 50 Weapons. Easily replaced, but this may mean that those of you hoping to save their MS from bashing can't just send it off.
Also may be why another poster did not get the full benefit of their MS.
