How do u attack for a planet

.....
Get a mothership.
Find a player with a planet.
Near the 'sabatoge/attack/raid' etc. buttons, you should see 'conquer planet'
Click that, select the planet you wish to steal, spend 15 at and whala.

you have to have an MS With fleets and a higher attack in your fleets then the planet has in defence

isn't that normal...to achieve the action's goal u hab to hab ur action power higher than theirs?

One more thing to add, your mothership has to be at home, not out searching for planets. If it's out searching, you can't even attempt to take a planet until it comes back.
