several problem in the alliance, first being i cant create an alliance

when i try it comes up with a page of errors

to sum it all up no one can make an alliance, then there were a few other problems with it but i think they will be fixed after this one is fixed

o you know just: JUAN

but only so no other alliance requests me, but when i tried to make an alliance it set me in a weird spot as you can see i have the [ ]'s so i cant join any alliance or create one now

TO go along with this I can't transfer alliance power so I can't get a CO this need to be looked at after the BROKER issue. PLZ FORUM
