no more planets?

My latest MS planet search report said this:
In fact, your mothership crew report that the totally unoccupied planets are either dangerously low in supply, or gone completely. They only had 67 possibles, none of which worked out.
Does that mean that all the planets in the game have been found, and that there is no point in searching any more?

It has been made clear that planets are... recycled... so try again later and you might pick up something thats been abandoned.

Ah, ok. Thanks. I have been unsuccessful my past few times, but this is the first time I've seen something like this.
