OK, my commander has admited to me that he has no idea what he's doing and I'm really getting no benifit from him. In fact, I'm much higher ranked than he is and am doing better than him. Anyway, how the heck do I ditch him? How do I make him no longer my commander? Do I declare War on him?

you can set someone else as your commander.

if you want no one as your commander, set yourself as commander, and then if you want, you can dismiss yourself, and have no commander.

Its also normal practice to let them know you are leaving first.

Since the existance of SLD, you will be destroyed if you're an asgard and commanderless.

asgards always hab team bono to join...SLD won't do anything to u if daff protects u.

no CO: 10% income + 10% UP bonus
self-CO: 20% UP bonus

Funny, you come to our forums begging for a NAP, but here you're all big and bad.

ROFL

sometimes its good to have a CO if u dont make squat for money

I make so much (and if my math is correct) i would actually make more money by myself than having no CO at all. (due to bonus and what nots)

You just have to way the pros and the cons and see what works for you the best.

when ur new u should prolly get a CO for the naq/protection/advice/...

at my stage in sgw, i self-CO or no CO since its more beneficial ^_^

Probably a daft question, but if your self-COing, then do you get a percentage of your own income, or the percentages just cancel themselves out?

When self commanding, it just ignores the % you have it set at from yourself and replaces it with a 20% UP bonus and 0% naq bonus. You can change the % all you want, it won't do a thing unless you have other officers.
