this is just for the egomaniacs but i think it would be very interesting to have a stat page giving more info about yourselve and the whole game. i bet the admins already got something like this so why not publishing the datas

something like:

personal stats: total units killed in attacks
total units lost
total earned naq
total spent naq
total uu aquired
registered at...
total time logged in
etc.

game stats: total naq in SGW
total units in sgw
average army size
total players banned
etc.

i know not the most important stuff but would be a nice feature... wouldnt it?

Would be quite useless info that would take coding, which would take time, the time that Forum could use to improve things that actually have a purpose..

Then get a calculator, a piece of paper & a pen and write it down each time you attack/raid/produce naq.

Not at all - a record of all past achievement might be a good idea - but I doubt all records are kept since the game started. Additionally - I don't know how much coding it would take - but the 'stored stats' would only increase - therefore creating an increasing load on teh server. ;p

bugger that, im not that desperate for this. i doubt my mates would do it even if i did so it would be pointless unless i could compare...

you mean kinda like ToC? twould be cool tho, but as wolf said, ya gotta think of the server

As the amount of attacks grow, summing them will become a massive task. You don't want to do that for every account whenever someone feels like getting their stats.

no, he means just for yourself to view.

It would be interesting to have those stats kept for a brief period of time, and then have some way to export them via XML. It could make for a lot of fun.

no, he means just for yourself to view.

Sleip is pointing out that the stats will need to be kept for every account - and as I inted at in my post - they will only get bigger and therefore the space they take up on the server will only continue to grow.
