Farming the Ostracised

Is it a big deal for a player to farm {Ostracized} players ?

It's alright. No backlash. (Though I must admit, I don't farm them much.)

ostracized accounts are ones that are either
1. suspended for x amount of time
or
2. ones that have been suspended permanetly since the person wont log back in
In other words there will be little to no backlash from one.

they cannot do offensive moves or even trade/transfer resources to others...so feel free to farm them all u want ^_^

I belive what he ment was an Admin-backlash.
In either case, the answer is no; no backlash.
