ok im here on behalf of my little bro and his account it wont change the stats prop like i have no anticovert spys and i have anticovert spy stuff

he has no anticovert what so ever so y is there any points there and i know his account aint very good and none of his planets hav anticovert be sides 1 and that givs him a mill on both so yea the account is

planets give a certain amount of anti and regular covert even if they dont say that is there bonus.

even tho he added men in to spy it aint going up he added 5k and nuthink not a little increase
