bug i think

in q when u go to send stuff to send stuff to some 1 it says under the naq and att turns transfer place it says
"1% of Military Units Transferred will defect, never to be seen again."
but u cant send uu that im aware of

just let it go...its something forum didn't get around to eliminating. maybe its a hint that he intends to put trading uu in q again...
