Hi, I have a suggestion for when the whole server is put on PPT, to help stop or limit too many members logging on at the sametime. I already posted it in another thread but then decided that I should post it here aswell.

Expand the time delay as you go up the ranks as there will be more and more active players, therefore more people logged on, also you can structure it so that less and less people come off PPT as you go along.

or say do it based on the last digit of your rank from when you went on ppt that way you do not know for sure exactly when some people are coming off since it is different...and should stager the coming off of ppt.

how about a random amount of ppt always over 12hours but inbetewwen 12-48 so that dif people would come off at dif times and this would stop a massive farm fest that crashed the sever last time (that i cant be a part of stupid damn finals)

i agree... noobs need the ppt more than the top players

Thats fundamently wrong, the higher the rankings, the more active players there are, so making them go first just doesn't make sense, because they'd wait for when the noob's are off PPT so you'll have just as bad, if not worse, situation.

Plus the noobs will have first pickings at all high Naq realms (the inactive players that are low ranked), so this FAVOURS the lower ranking players.

If you're going to post, at least have the intelligence to put up a good arguement.

EDIT: Also random PPT ending times would be good, but then it possible you'd still get alot of people logged on at the sametime.

farms for noobs usually rn't the ones top players hit...

Don't forget it is easy enough to take yourself off ppt...

but that doens't solve the prooblem as a whole, as far as i can see most ideas(save the one above) are valid but i belive the only proper way to full y fix the problem that was created by fixing another problem is random ppt ending times, its fair and keeps the server from overloading.

just cause i came up with the idea has no bearin on my judgement of how awesome it is

the idea of everyone getting differnt times is good, but it should be between 24 - 48 hours, not just 12. some people only log on once a day.

The idea of taking all the noobs off first is very flawed. since there are alot of accounts down there that have high incomes (whether they be abandoned, ostracized, whatever), and i would just take myself off PPT as soon as they come off, so i would be able to farm them without everybody else being on at the same time. only problem is everyone would do this

I argee with the random times, The "High Ranked" Players could just figure out how much earlyer the "lower ranks" are coming off PPT, and take themselves off of PPT 1 minute before the lower ranks come off, and farm them, And I do not think only 1 would do that, I think atlest 1000 of the -7000 people would do that. If they was randomly timed, You'd only know when you would get off, and maybe some of your friends that told you when they was getting off, so if you had no Idea who rank 12934 was, You'd have no idea when he was getting off of PPT.

I know I logged on like 10 minutes before PPT came off yesterday to make sure my naq, and untrained was low, and there was around 1200 people online, Game was slow,and it took allmost the 10 minutes to lower my UU / Naq.

Just my thoughts on the whole idea...
