Do Asgards really loose the 25% def bonus after ascencion?

Yes, they are no longer Asgard.
They become Ancients and have a 5% per ascension up to 6 ascension at which point you get 1% per ascension.

So attack and defence wpns have equal power?
Or are the defence wpns sill stronger?

we think everything is 5% better, even weapons, but we don't know, as we are far from ascending...

DONT ASCEND for all that good dont ascend until you have at least 1 mill lifers or it will be a pain geting back up

1 million lifers? LOL. I would need... mmm.... lets see.... still about 954.000 lifers for that, LOL. IMHO I think you just did something wrong with your ascention that you need 1 mil of lifers >< I know the solution to having no pain at ascention: just trade some MT (unless you want to go for covert 24 or better).
