Just woundering when we are getting the Help&Rules section updated cause i got a couple of question:
What does 'Destory' do, in Military Operations???
What does 'Initiatate Revolution' do? Intelligence Operations???

"destroy" is an option for really attacking someone. the button "attack" is for raiding DMU, but "destroy" uses your full attack power to do as much damage as you can on a person, but it has a much higher damage ratio than a normal 'attack'
I'm not sure about 'initiate revolution'. never had cause to use it.

Initiatate Revolution makes their DMU creating planets be untrained.
