Obvious Cheater - Check This Out

My mate told me to check him out so i did. Needed to train 2odd mill spies and got this..

Notice how he has covert lvl 31 and anti covert 30...lol.... From what ive heard of late from people it maybe a weapons bug user. So forum or gamemod look into this and tell me what you think...

I think it is closer to 6.5 trillion. Getting 1 trillion for a lot of accounts is pretty feasible now.
