Private Broker suggestion

I find it highly irritating to not be able to cancel deals that i have proposed. This is silly that only the player receiving the deal can cancel it.

I suggest this idea be put in place as soon as possible.

id like to second this, i think an option to cancel is needed. sometimes you want to cancel, it can be extremely risky espically when you are sending naq...if they dont accept you can not be online when the trade expires...you're screwed, basically i think this is a good idea and would greatly take stress off of some players

I think the point is to stop people from using it as an extra infinite bank. Think about it like this.

You attack for 4 billion Naq in a sitting, but your bank is full so you set up a broker and do it again. You have 4 billion out and 4 billion brokered so you cancel the broker and do another rboker for 8 billion Naq. You keep doing this and then you can get spy level 26 if you really wanted.

Yeah, you can do that now, but it takes more cooperation then the way it is right now.

Actually you can't considering that you can only have 3 brokers open at a time.

Well yes. But with this idea you could then cancel one of them and send it quickly back out again with the updated amount that you needed 'banked".

if you add this there MUST be some sort of control script that blocks you from getting more resources then your caps allow!! (well actually the admins should add such a script asap anyway)

let me see: I got 9999 turns -sweet i send a broker to XY (never heard of him before) in return for 1trillion naq (in case hes online and wants to accept it). a friends send me a broker with 9999 i accept forward the broker to player XZ (dont even know who that is). when im done with gathering turns i cancel all trades and amybe have still 3 open with 9999 turns. jeez i gonna love it more then 100K turns on hand @ 10K cap...

the problem i have been having is people make an offer, and then realize they dont have enough so they sit on the deal, when those of us who made the offer should be able to cancel it so we dont have to wait for the other person to cancel and leave our stuff in the open.

This also leaves people open for a scam where someone makes an offer, waits till the middle of the night, cancels the trade and raids the person.

it seems to me that the benifits of being able to cancel far outweigh the possible abuse as a mobile bank, seeing as they could do it now anyway.

good idea, and to control abuse, how about if you do cancel your own trade, your naq (if thats what u were trading) doesnt end up in bank? The auto bank thing was implemented in case naq recipient wasnt online when other guy accepted... This case, youre obviously online lol

1 better thougth. You cancel your own trade then 5% gets lost.

you must wait atleast 1 turn change before canceling
