Paid for a ppt but it didnt work

ok i just paid 4,320,000,000 for a ppt and it took away my naq and 1 of my market turns but i didnt go on ppt 
ive had to use another market turn now and another 4.32bill to go on ppt but i was wonderin if i can have my naq and market turn back? or atleast just the MT?
